By clicking anywhere in this Website, I release Mexico City Hash House Harriers of any Legal Responsibility I participate in. No drug use is allowed or tolerated in MCHHH. I am well aware that physical exertion (if that is what you want to call it) in the form of running, walking, swimming, rappeling, bicycling and other sporty activities is involved. Further, that we most likely will indulge in beer -alcohol- drinking. Custody of Minors is delegated to their parents' responsibility. Legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. No one is forcing me to do this -to make me drink. If I get a boo-boo of any sort, hear foul language, get pregnant, catch some nasty disease or anything else happens, I can hold no one responsible except me for participating at my own voluntary will. We all travel at our own risk. Medical, automobile, life, accident insurance is a personal, independent, individual responsibility of those participating. So, I can't sue anyone in MCHHH for helping me arrange for our programs, itineraries, prevent natural disasters, transportation or lodging. Al oprimir cualquier tecla en este Sitio, deslindo de cualquier Responsabilidad Legal al Club Internacional de Bebedores de Cerveza con la Debilidad por Correr de la Cd. de México de cualquier actividad en la que pueda participar. Las drogas no son permitidas, ni se toleran en MCHHH. Estoy perfectamente consciente que ejercicio físico (si es esto lo que se le quiere llamar) que incluye correr, caminar, nadar, escalar, andar en bicicleta y otras actividades deportivas está incluído. Además, que beberemos cerveza -alcohol- y por lo tanto la custodia de menores es la responsabilidad de sus padres. La edad mínima para beber alcohol en México es 18. Nadie me forza a hacer esto -tomar bebidas alcohólicas. Si alguien se burla de mí, utiliza lenguaje mundano, me embarazo, pesco una enfermedad penosa ó cualquier otra cosa me sucede, rehúso demandar judicialmente a nadie. Participo en estas actividades de manera voluntaria. Todos viajamos bajo nuestro propio riesgo. La adquisición de seguros médicos, automovilísticos, por accidente, de vida es responsabilidad personal, independiente e individual de los participantes. No puedo demandar penalmente a nadie en MCHHH por ayudarme a hacer arreglos de programas, itinerarios, prevenir desastres naturales, transporte ó alojamiento. Si alguna vez decido auspiciar un evento para servir como anfitrión, primero leeré Otros Enlaces y los Requerimientos Generales de HHH antes de comprometerme a esta responsabilidad. Mientras tanto ..
